Ingredients:
3 boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into chunks
2 cans northern beans
1 large yellow onion chopped
1 tsp chili powder
2 tbsp cumin
3 tbsp chopped garlic
2 small cans diced green chilies
1/4 cup jalapenos chopped
4 cups chicken broth
1 cup sour cream
Mont. Jack cheese and extra sour cream to top
Instructions:
In crock pot, combine all ingredients except sour cream and beans. Cook on low for 6 hours, or longer (the longer it cooks the better it tastes!) An hour or so before serving, add sour cream and beans. Top with cheese, sour cream, and extra jalapenos if you would like!
** You can alter the amounts of chili powder, cumin and jalapenos depending on the amount of spice you would like. I used more, but I like it SPICY!
